The location is great as close to a lot of nice restaurants and coffee shops but also on a busy intersection. Flat was nice and clean, perfect for 4 persons, not sure about 6.

We were impressed by the apartment's décor, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances for simple meals. The staff were prompt and helpful in answering our questions and it was an easy check in.

Our stay at INITIAL / ARTWOOD / Centre-ville de Quebec was marred by a series of concerning incidents that left us deeply dissatisfied. Upon check-in, we were appalled by the substandard hygiene conditions of the room. The living room furniture was coated in dirt and grime, while the beds in both rooms were riddled with stains, unidentified substances, and what appeared to be blood and bodily fluids. Despite promptly notifying the landlord of these issues, our initial request for compensation for the first night's accommodation, which was marred by these hygiene issues, was regrettably denied. Furthermore, our discomfort escalated when we returned from a trip to Quebec City the following day to find someone in the room. This blatant invasion of privacy was extremely alarming and unsettling for me and my family. It was distressing to learn that the landlord had allowed a cleaning team to enter our space without our consent or phone calls notification, using the room's password without consulting us. Overall, the lack of accountability, communication, and respect for our privacy exhibited by the landlord during our stay has left us profoundly disappointed. We urge the property platform to thoroughly vet hosts and prioritize guest safety and satisfaction. Our experience serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of transparent communication and adherence to privacy standards in the hospitality industry.

One of the best setups of a property. They thought of everything and It was well organized. The beds were very comfortable.

The unit was new up grade, clean and comfortable for 5 ( one stayed on the sofa bed.

We are family of 4 adults, and we so loved this apartment. It is very new and clean, fully equipped with all sort of appliances. There are so many plates, cutleries and cups, as well as coffee pods, we could have really good self-cooked breakfast every morning. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living which happens to be the same as what we have at our own home. Our family actually squeezed into the soft bed together at night and watched some Disney+ movies, great fun. There are enough bedding prepared, as well as a baby cot (though we didnt need it of course). The location of the apartment is great too, we could actually walk to the old town in 30mins. Anyway, loved it totally, would choose to stay there again if we return to Quebec city.

High quality furniture and beds and fully equipped kitchen with good quality pans and utensils.Nice table that seats everyone. Really nice bathroom. parking is available as well. Awesome rooftop area for seating and bbq.

They allowed us to drop our bags off early whilst they were still cleaning which was a big help. loved the space and very modern
