“Bad”
Réception called at 11 pm waking me up just to confirm it was me. Then I asked for late check out and the cleaning man kept on asking that we leave the room before the time. On top of that, they charged me more. Not one apology, really disappointed.

Didn't have shampoo the first night. I had to call the front desk and asked them to recharge the dispenser. My room was super noisy at night, there were a lot of teenagers in the same floor, and the hotel didn't take the necessary measures to make sure they wouldn't disturb the other visitors.

Don’t even offer bottled water. The iron in the room was stained. Very old rustic bed. They need to upgrade.

“Great looking hotel a bit outdated but still good value for money.”
Hotel that must have been top notch in past, now lives a bit out of past. Rooms were very spatial and well furbished. Cheap, whole day parking surely helpful.

“Excellent stay”
Location os excellent. The views from the hotel were amazing. Walkable distance to all Quebec attractions. Early checking was possible and the Valet parking was also very convenient and affordable. Staff were excellent
