Breakfast is veeeeery low quality /poor for a 4* hotel. Location is ok-ish, but a bit far from main attractions especially when weather is cold. Staff very impolite, sometimes even rude, they didn’t even say Goodmorning or basic things unless you talked to them. I wouldn’t recommend for this price.

“I would stay again”
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was cosy and bed super comfortable. Also the location was perfect. And yes, the bath is so big! You can have a good relaxation time.

“An excellent stay in a beautiful hotel in a fabulous city.”
The location of the hotel was spot on. Only a short walk into the main area. The room was large and very comfortable, with lovely bedding. Breakfast was served in a cooler bag which was hung outside your room each morning, and everything was so fresh and tasty. We found this to be a lovely touch by the hotel and much appreciated.

“Excellent- highly recommend”
Very friendly staff, central location for old Quebec town. Room was spacious and very modern. Really clever innovative ideas with regard to space. For example a folding ironing board in the wardrobe drawer and black make up face flannels. Mini bar well stocked and spirits available to buy in bottles. Bathroom robes were to die for. Breakfast came in a bag on the door in the morning with a lovely selection of healthy goodies

“Great spot to stay in Quebec City”
Nice butique hotel close to main tourist spots. Comfy beds, nice decor in rooms, good a/c. We really liked our stay.
