The room was very spacious, the bathroom felt luxurious, and the soft bathrobes are a nice touch. The plates, glassware, and plenty of storage spaces were nice conveniences. The mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were nice.

Great location. Close to old Quebec and many restaurants. The view of the parliament buildings from our room (440) was nice. The sauna and pool was pretty fun. The kids had fun with the robot that helped locate stuff.

It's impossible to swim peacefully in the pool because the children are playing, fighting with sticks, moving chaotically from the sauna to the pool, and jumping! Parents are happy, but those who are in the way without children and would like to spend time in the spa are terribly uncomfortable. (I'd like to see separate times for children and adults only, at least from 9:00 PM until closing at 10:00 PM, so that swimming is for adults only.) Room slippers should be provided for guests. It’s much more comfortable and relaxing to walk around in slippers as compared to winter boots or sneakers. It’s also not sanitary to walk bare feet inside individual rooms as well as the pool or spa area.
