“Highly recommend and would definitely stay again”

This is a beautiful property and the room was lovely. Location was a short walk to upper area of Quebec, and perfectly positioned amongst bars and restaurants. Communication from the hotel was excellent, they regularly guide you before you check-in, during your stay and post stay. The restaurant next door is also amazing.

Beautifully presented room, extremely comfortable bed (particularly the pillows!), fantastic location and the restaurant was incredible.

“A quiet refuge in the middle of a party street.”

This was our second summer vacation staying here. The street is easily accessible once you come off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants for dinner, afternoon drinks and snacks and BREAKFAST is available up the street.!!! Walk to the old city, plains of Abraham and the art Museum. Uber easily accessible.

Modern very clean quiet for sleeping. Comfortable Great location. Restaurant right there.

Good location. Digital check in was novel and efficient.

Hotel was lovely, was not expecting it to be as great as it was! The location was very easy for walking around Quebec city. Loved the fact they even provided a bath robe - it was however absolutely ginormous, so perhaps having a slightly smaller option would be great! The later check out at 12 was also very nice, as it allowed us to go and have a nice breakfast on the morning we left.

Staff were exceptional! So kind, gracious and amazing. The room is unbelievable- location is perfect, everything was amazing. We hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was impeccable. Parking was easily accessible and right behind the hotel, which really facilitated our stay. We will definitely book again!

Staff member are very kind and helpful. Room are very pretty and the shower is huge and gorgeous. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

Well appointed. Small details such as shaving kit, welcome cookies, bathbomb and cocktail mix..all made in Quebec. Comfortable bed. Helpful and assisting staff..helped with baggages to 2nd floor room. Modern, thoughtful decor. Attached upscale, terroir restaurant...dinner and breakast service available.

Staff and managment really very pleasant, Restaurant offered a range of choice food with good prsenation when plated. Breakfast was diisaponting

We booked The Ophelia for my mother in law at the last minute. From the moment she arrived she was made to feel welcomed and treasured The staff looked after her extremely well. The room she stayed was stunning, clean, modern and well equipped. The breakfast was wonderful as well We are so grateful to Norman and the team for looking after our mum so well.
