“Overall, I had a pleasant stay with clean facilities, good amenities, and a satisfying breakfast.”
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. It did get a little busy during peak hours, but everything was well-managed. The coffee machine and juice station were both very good. Overall, the hotel was very clean—especially the bathroom and shower in the room, which were spotless.

Great stay and very welcoming staff, courteous and professional and equally helpful. This is our second visit, first one was 10 years ago and equally enjoyed our stay. Small recommendation wrt breakfast, perhaps addition of fresh fruits would be welcome to the menu.

“Lovely room”
It was very clean, modern, the bathroom was clean and everything felt comfortable. I appreciated the free teas, coffee and juice. We did not make it to the breakfast, so I can't judge that.

The reception staff were very friendly and easily switched languages. The room when we arrived was clean, just a little on the small size. The size of the hotel was really nice.

I arrived at the hotel, and it was terrible. They put us in the basement, there was no connection, the Wi-Fi was off, and when we asked at the front desk, they said it would be fixed within the day. But nothing got fixed. The next day we asked again and they told us to just wait. Horrible service, horrible location, and a horrible room that we never expected for the price.”

I like the rooms a very clean. No carpets bathrooms are clean. The area is great many restaurants and stores. Of course. Stuff was nice. Complimentary coffee was okay.
