Comfy beds and good shower. The breakfast was okay but there could have been some cooked tomatoes to make it less ‘beige’. Number 25 bus stop very close to hotel for direct link into the city. Great Italian within walking distance. Phillipe at front of house was amazing when we checked in and gave us lots of tips (Italian and transport). Good selection of ‘forgotten items’ to purchase via the shop including some food items, alcohol and wash-kit. A good stop over for a weekend stay if visiting Quebec - see below comments re road works.

“A friendly and truly pet-friendly hotel.”

We drove about 10-11 hours from Toronto to Quebec (including breaks), and by the time we arrived, it was quite late. The front desk staff looked exhausted, as there was a guest ahead of us making a complaint, yet they still welcomed us with genuine kindness we were truly grateful for that. They even offered a cookie to my dog, Louis, who was traveling with us. It was his first time being in the car for more than 10 hours, so he was too tired to enjoy the treat, but I deeply appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Among all the pet-friendly hotels we stayed at during this trip, this one was by far the most welcoming toward dogs. Because we arrived so late, we didn’t have a chance to explore the surroundings that night, but the next morning we had breakfast, and the scrambled eggs were so delicious that I went back for a second serving. For anyone planning to drive to Quebec, I highly recommend this hotel it’s a perfect place to rest after a long journey.

This is a clean, well equipped hotel with staff who are friendly and helpful. The suite we were given was light and had good facilities. There is plenty of parking outside the hotel which is included in the cost of the room. There is a good gym and ice facilities. The breakfast was good with lots of options.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast time was long enough to enjoy to the fullest extent. The gym offers a nice option to have a light workout to keep your travel slightly healthier. The rooms are clean and the hotel is generally silent.
