Loved the watermelon. Loved that you had a pool, but only saw it as I was leaving. Appreciated that it was close to airport.

The room was very dark. The hotel doesn’t clean rooms for “environmental reasons” without asking them. But they didn’t clean it even after the receptionist specificaly asked if we wanted to. Breakfast was very poor.

“Unprofessional staff, handing out key cards to other proples rooms”
At check in it took 3 attempts to get a working keycard for our room. The staff was very confused and unfriendly, after the first card was not working he said that he made a mistake and gave me a card to a different room, but when we opened it, it was already occupied. Does not make you feel very safe that staff is handing out cards to other peoples rooms. When I then came back again he was super rude and tried to blame me for his mistake - how should a customer know the room number they assign you when you are checking in?! Also one of the pillowcases was dirty, but after the previous experience with this absolutely unprofessional staff we didn't even bother to tell them. Over all unbelievable experience, absolutely not recommended.

“Clean and comfy”
The room was very clean. Very warming entry at the reception and the receptionist were very friendly. Near the airport of Québec and well established with plenty of restaurants.
