“great location to explore the old city and waterfront”

great location and the apartment was a cool layout with all the main floor open for our family of 7 to spread out. nice big table for meals. also the apartment is at ground level, so no stairs to get in or out.

Everything! Great place, modern and spacious.

We had a wonderful 3-day / 3-night stay in this lovely apartment in Quebec City. We were four of us, including our two daughters in their twenties, and the apartment worked very well for us. The apartment is very tastefully done, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The living room, kitchen, TV seating area and a powder room / toilet are upstairs. A short flight of stairs takes you down to a large lower level with a master bedroom with a huge bed, a bunk-bed children’s room with a small TV, a guest room with a double bed, and a large bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, his-and-hers showers, a bathtub and a separate toilet room. There is also a very useful facilities room with an easy-to-use washer / dryer and a walk-in hanging / closet area. The furniture throughout the apartment has clearly been selected and arranged with care. Towels were available for all of us. The location is excellent. The apartment is literally about a 10-minute walk from the waterfront harbour and the centre of Old Quebec, where most of the restaurants, bars, shops and the funicular to Upper Quebec are located. There is also a hotel bar just two doors down, which is very convenient for a quick nightcap before retiring. A small convenience store at the gas station nearby is only about two minutes away, useful for milk, water, beverages, snacks and confectionery, though not for household items like laundry detergent or dishwasher soap. The private parking was also very helpful. It is further down the road from the apartment on the right, in a reasonably sized private parking lot, and the hosts provided a parking tag for free parking of one car. Honestly, apart from our half-day trip to Parc de la Chute-Montmorency Falls and a couple of wineries on Île d’Orléans, we had no real need to take the car out. There is also a tourist information place a short walk away, near the street towards the bar / restaurant called Don.

The location was perfect for walking to the Main Street in Old Quebec. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The apartment was very clean. It took us a while to work out the hot water but when we figured it out it was fine. It comfortably accommodated 7 guests. Love the main kitchen dining area, lovely renovation.
