“Good location”
Location is prefect. It’s safe and quite.there’s a cafe down stairs open until nine at night. Parking have to pay 20 dollars per day but it’s worth it.

“Great value for money!”
The apartment is big enough for two, with ample wardrobe space and kitchen amenities. It is located close to the university campus on one of the main streets, which made traveling to/from it easy. Our appartment had a balcony to the back yard and was very quiet. We also appreciated having the Smith coffee shop downstairs.

“Great Option for your visit to Quebec city”
Ease of Check-in and check-out, cleanliness, location and staff responsiveness. The instructions for check-in, access, parking and check-out were detailed and clear. It is100% self check-in which makes it so convenient. Across from the hotel is a plaza with many food options, including fast food and dine in. There is also a grocery store in the plaza. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and extremely pleasant. Amenities such as tea kettle and coffee pot were available along with dishes and cutlery needed for your stay.

Cost effective place to stay, but quite a distance from downtown. Student accommodation with good cafe onsite, spacious but only small bed and nowhere comfortable to watch TV.

Clean, spacious and new apartment, which was perfect for our stay as a family of five. You access the apartment & parking with codes, for which we got clear instructions. Bus stops and shops nearby.

“Good choice near the city”
Very clean and minimal apartment. Perfect for a 2 family of 2 adults and 2 kids. 4 confortable bed. we didn't use the kitchen since we have dinner always outside. There aren't many places nearby to eat something so you have to plan to move a little bit. Silent area, good bar at the ground floor for fast lunch or good breakfast. Easly access to bus stop station to reach the city center (remind to grab coins to pay the bus :) ).
