We had the most amazing stay here; the house, once the family home is beautifully kept with its treasures and antiquities yet modern amenities; we had the superior bedroom with a four poster bed; the host was so accommodating, friendly, informative and hospitable from the moment we arrived until we left. He also provided a delicious breakfast.. all in all a grand finale to our Italian tour. Thankyou!

“A thoroughly enjoyable week!”

Paolo and Monica are SUPER hosts, providing excellent suggestions regarding where to eat or tips regarding any area travel you may be planning to do. They will gladly make reservations for you in some of the excellent (but reasonable for the quality) restaurants in the area or arrange wine tastings for you at some of the local vintners. We spent a truly enjoyable week at OttoQuadrio touring through out the area before traveling to the Barbaresco/Barolo area. While staying at the OttoQuadrio, Paolo introduced us to some of the local wines. We are not wine experts, but to our taste Paolo’s suggested wines were a bit better for approximately half the price than those we tasted in the Barbaresco/ Barolo area, although admittedly we weren’t in the market for wines costing €40+ per bottle.

Live in a castle during your trip. We appreciate a lot the location. The owner does his best to make us feel like at home. We recommend this place if like us you have a long trip to go back home and want to live something different with a lot of charme

This is an unusual and attractive property, and the owner was kindness itself. We kept him up late after we were delayed, but he was cheerful and very friendly when we arrived, made a fuss of our dogs, showed us around and was generally an excellent host.

The building is historical and has a wonderful Charme to it. it is very green around and you get a very special and authentic experience

Firstly, very friendly and helpfull hosts. We were very tired, and while we were still driving to the place Paolo booked a couple of places for dinner. The place itself is unique, we had a short tour of it before leaving. We were offered ham and cheese, fresh bread and freshly pressed orange juice for breakfast, in addition to the usual jams&yoghurts&toasts. Free parking.

The Castle is unique, never stayed in such a beautiful place. The owners are also the nicest people who will try everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would really recomment this place!

It was simply magnificent… every detail

Amazing place, very nice and warm owners, the place where you feel like in your grandparents house. In a very small and inconspicuous village you find also a very good restaurant and street art graffiti. The place where you have to stay if you are nearby this area. 😉
