Free airport shuttle (Prompt pre-booking confirmation by Matteo front of house) friendly and very helpful Reception staff proximity to train station (50 meters) on the Trieste-Venice line. Rooms spacious well equipped and spotlessly clean. Excellent buffet breakfast and overall great value for money. Highly recommend

“Great for Venice connections”
This is a great hotel for airport conntctions. I booked the transportation option and we were met at the airport right away and taken in a luxury van to the hotel, about a 10 minute ride. Basic hotel rooms but clean and comfy. Quiet, good night's sleep. Good buffet breakfast with hot eggs, bacon etc as well. A huge plus is that it is adjacent to the train that takes you directly into Venice. It's not a destination hotel, but great for Venice and airport connections.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Venice and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — we were picked up from the airport, allowed to check in early, and even granted a late check-out on our last day. We were also dropped back at the airport at no extra cost, which made travelling with my 11-year-old completely stress-free. The location is fantastic, very close to the train station and incredibly convenient for getting everywhere we needed to go. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every single day. Complimentary water was provided daily, which was a lovely touch. We opted to pay for breakfast and dinner, and we’re so glad we did. The kitchen staff were genuinely lovely, and the dinners were freshly made and delicious. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and my 11-year-old and I will certainly be back.

“Nice!”
The hotel is truly lovely. The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They are genuinely dedicated to their guests and make you feel well taken care of throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which adds a lot to the overall comfort. The food is perfectly fine and satisfying. The staff in the restaurant, bar, and at the reception deserve special praise, they are all wonderful, friendly, and professional. A bit of renovation and some minor repairs would further improve the hotel, but overall the experience was very nice.
