When you arrive at your accommodation, you hope for a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. At The CROWN MANSION , we experienced so much more. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth that felt genuinely unique. We were welcomed with big smiles, a thoughtful greet bag, and a tour that had us saying "wow" in every direction. The atmosphere is stately, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Every corner of the property reflects attention to detail. The library is filled with treasures and inviting spaces to relax, while the gardens are bursting with beautiful blooms. A stroll through the surrounding forest feels less like a walk and more like stepping into a peaceful forest spa. Our room was delightful. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the decor to the welcoming card waiting for us upon arrival. The delicious chocolates and special treats were a lovely touch, and I absolutely loved the soap provided in the room. What impressed us most was how every detail seemed carefully considered, creating an experience that felt both luxurious and personal. We are already looking forward to returning. One night was clearly not long enough, next time we hope to dine as well. . For us, The Crown Manor delivers a true five-star experience, wrapped in warmth, charm, and hospitality that is increasingly rare to find. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“A hidden gem!”

Truly luxurious, beautiful grounds, very historic and sympathetically restored building. Room was super comfortable and service excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was top quality almost Michelin level. Wines great as were the cocktails. Really memorable stay.

“What a superb stay”

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel had mastered the art of hospitality. The hotel is clean and well-maintained,. The host Michelle was very friendly and welcoming and loved the welcome pack with the added treats and history of the hotel. What truly stood out was the attention to detail, everything from the upscale bathroom products to the coffee, tea choices, separate kettle and mugs, Lovely outdoor patio seating and courtyard with beautiful flowers. As an added bonus is the heritage forest at the back of the hotel with numerous walking trails and so special to see some lovely deer during our stay. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely setting and location. Our suite was wonderful, exceptionally clean, with nice amenities. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful.

Room was excellent, my partner loved the bed, unfortunately I prefer a firmer bed so woke up exhausted.

The whole building was very nice, and the room was perfect! They did a lot to make it attractive. They had fruit and cookies for selfservice. Somebody had put a lot of effort to make it attractive.

Great place to stay for a night while travelling up Vancouver island. Nice forest trail accessed via the back garden.

Close to the beach and close to the small city center.

Friendly & helpful staff enhanced our visit. The mansion is beautiful & well maintained. Dinner was amazing. Enjoyed Qualicum Beach & all it has to offer.
