The female front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of questions and she did her best to answer them and tried to baidu for us when she wasn't sure. The food in the 2 restaurants were awesome! Location was perfect as it was within walking distance to quite a few attractions. I'm very happy that I read the reviews when I was booking for the hotel.

Very convenient location, close to train station and public transport, walking distance to tourist attractions. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very traditional Chinese cuisine which what we want to experience. Dinner at their restaurant is a must! The food is delicious and good value for money.

It is really great located. You can walk to the railway station, St Michael‘s Cathedral and the beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was really friendly and speaks English. Breakfast was included in the price. “Very pleasant stay, highly recommend”
Super convenient location in close proximity to main attractions in Qingdao, lots of restaurants on the street. Also really appreciated the amazing service from staff who facilitated an early check in, a late checkout, and ordered a taxi for us. They were really helpful and friendly. The room itself was also really clean and comfortable. Free drinks in the mini fridge was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was very good! Just 5 mins walk to the sea and walking area nearby. There is a 7/11 nearby, the taxi I pick up point and some decent cafes to have a dinner out.

The location is excellent. About 10 minutes walk to both train and metro stations and to the pier. Zhongshan road is also vibrant at night. Free breakfast with Western and Eastern options. There is also complimentary beer and Laoshan spring water in the mini bar. Excellent restaurant located at the ground floor.

The staff was helpful, nice, the room was clean. Great location, close to the train station and to most of the spots to visit. Neither like or dislike, but for good to know for the foreigners, the breakfast is "very Chinese".

“Pleasant stay”
Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Location: not too far from the train & metro station though at first is not clear how to get from there... But the neighbourhood is quite lively and close to many restaurants, shops, the Zhanqiao Pier, the beach, etc. From there we can walk to many interesting places. WiFi was okay. Overall a good value for money.

Staff were as helpful as possible with everything. This is a busy hotel located on a very busy street.Good Chinese restaurant located in hotel which is popular with locals. Close to attractions in this part of town but doesn't have the range of choices of the downtown. Great if you love seafood and beer on the doorstep

We checked in extremely late at night, and the staff were pleasant, bringing us extra slippers and a towel when they realized there were three of us. They also allowed us to store our luggage on check out the next morning so that we could freely look around.
