Great location to tour the whole of Gozo. Fabulous house, beautifully furnished and an exceptionally comfortable bed! Lovely hostess and a great breakfast! We’d definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful, decorated immaculately and had a lovely pool and garden area which we used every day. The room was tidied each morning whilst we were at breakfast and the owner and host were very friendly and communicative both before arrival and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and getting to eat by the pool and meet other guests added to the experience. There is a beach in walking distance (and an uber back was around €4 if you don’t fancy uphill in the heat!), a bus stop very nearby which made getting around easy, and a lovely town square where we had dinner and drinks every night and tried each restaurant (all were lovely). The host was obviously very knowledgeable on the island and gave us great recommendations and additions to our planned itinerary each morning.

It’s a very cosy little B&B in a quiet area of Qala. The main square with little restaurants is very close by. The host Denise is so helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was really good! All in all it’s a perfect little tranquil haven for exploring Gozo.

An amazing place to stay. Qala is a quiet town with lots of charm. Betty cake is a beautiful B&B where you can relax and you are well looked after feeling like a 5star experience. The breakfast was amazing with the home baked goodies. And gozo is small so everything is easy to get to

“Relaxing, cosy stay”

Denise is such a fantastic host. She helped us to get to Betty Cake, gave us towels for the beach and serves the most amazing cakes. Make sure to try her apple pie and lemon cake! The B&B is beautiful, cosy and traditionally Maltese. It has lovely views of a windmill and space to lounge by the pool. Location wise- you are a few minutes walk from the main square in the village and about 30 minutes walk to two different beaches. We wish we could've stayed for longer.

Authentic Maltese charm and great hospitality Beautiful, cozy, clean and quiet accommodation. The walls of the room were covered with the characteristic Maltese limestone, which gave the place a warm, authentic atmosphere with a homely feeling. The bed was very comfortable, the wooden wardrobes were elegant, and there were plenty of hangers for storing clothes neatly. The inner courtyard was welcoming, a true little oasis. From the moment we arrived, a very kind lady greeted us, always ready to help. As it turned out, she also baked all the delicious pastries and local specialties for breakfast. She even prepared a special apple pie just for us, because we mentioned it was our favorite. We also appreciated their environmentally friendly approach: breakfast was plentiful yet thoughtfully curated, with a real local touch, and guests are kindly reminded about selective waste collection and taking care of the environment. The location is excellent: only a three-minute walk from one of the best restaurants in Gozo, and the nearest beach is just a few minutes away by car. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

Lovely & Relaxing Stay We had a lovely and relaxing stay. Breakfast was freshly prepared by the host, Denise, who makes delicious cakes, quiches, apple pies, and refreshing fruit salads. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We really appreciated the mini fridge in the room, especially with the hot weather. The room itself was very nice and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great—just a 5 to 8-minute walk to Qala Square, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, and a mini market. Highly recommended!

The bnb was a lovely traditional building, we loved our room and the pool. The air conditioning worked well and there was a fridge in the room. The bed was large and very comfortable.

Denise is a very warm and friendly person who will welcome you and look after you like your best friend. All the rooms are very clean and you will feel like at home . Denise makes the best vanilla cake and breakfast is also very good.

From the moment we stepped in we loved the place: attractive, clean, quiet and welcoming. We didn't realise we were the only occupants until the morning and it felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional.

The room was quite comfortable, Denise (the owner) was extremely helpful and took time to provide us with recommendations and make sure that we enjoyed our vacation in general.

Very, very friendly! We asked, that if there’s a chance for ironing, by the time we arrived, there was ironing staff in our apartment. Every day we get some advices for what’s gonna vbe good for us. The breakfast was delicious. We’re planning to go back to Gozo, we ‘ve found our perfect accomodation

Property is in a quiet place (alley) and was not waken up by noises or vehicles. The property is a genuine old Maltese (Gozitan) house which has been expertly renovated. The room was very nice and well equipped. The hostess Denise is a very nice lady and she greets you herself upon arrival and shows you around. She makes sure that you have an all-around nice stay and besides preparing an exquisite breakfast with pies and quiches and all, she also offers valuable information as to places of interest and nice trails one can take.
