Overview
Philippe Starck’s new project, the hotel Ha(a)ïtza is located next to the Dune of Pilat and the famous hotel La Co(o)rniche. Mixing the light wood and warm-white tones with fine touches of steel, the room decoration follows perfectly the Philippe Starck’s best codes, for a refined and unpretentious style. The glazed bathroom opens on the gentle and welcoming bedroom. Ha(a)ïtza also includes a two-Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant LE SKIFF CLUB given a green star and run by Chef Stéphane Carrade, a cocktail bar, a cake shop and a tea house providing a selection of infusions and organic teas. The hotel features a covered swimming pool under an opening glass roof as well as a Ren spa, a famous Parisian hairdresser's salon, and a Techno-gym fitness room. The spacious reception hall, with a view over the swimming pool, can host weddings for up to 200 people. Guests will also find a boutique, and a conference room with a 50-person capacity. A charging station for electric cars is available at this property.

“5 star stay”
5 star hotel & service. Excellent amenities (gym, restaurant, brunch,). Walking distance to the beach. Onsite Bike rental to explore the Dune & bike to Arcachon. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. Beautiful setting. Highly recommend a stay or visit

Poor staff. Not attentive. Don't take away dishes as you finish, don't come over at bkfast to ask you if you want coffee, eggs (did not realise you could order until I saw another client getting eggs...) Basically you end doing yourself as the customer, as don't they come over to help. Dinner was the worst, waiting time awful (sitting down at 8pm, main dish came in at 10.15 despite having 4 little kids). Not under staffed just poorly staffed. The bakery service is pretty bad too, 15min for our coffee to arrive and it was obv cold as been standing on the counter for all that time.

Sublime hotel with beautiful interior design nested in Pyla sur mer. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. Great facilities and fantastic pastries/food.
