“Don't advertise something that is not available”
Breakfast was excellent, although the breakfast hall was almost over full. Location was good. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette was good.

“Great venue for skiing, disappointed with room. Staff are excellent.”
The location to the ski fields was excellent. Easy access to convenience stores and restaurants. Great local park for kids and nice pond to wander around. The rooms are quite large. The showers are really good and strong.

Like the kitchen at least can prep simple meals, 24hrs convenience store sells basic ingredients for simple meals besides the usual cup noodles and snacks. Easy access to ski and a number of restaurants.

love the kitchenette and the apartment feels like a home away from home.. floors are heated.. house keeping were quite often knocking on door to clear rubbish and change towels.. our second time here.. first time we stayed at the hotel which was great and facing the slopes but cannot cook… this time we booked the suites so that we can cook and have all the apartment amenities.. the CU is convenient and pretty good selection for cooking .. many restaurants available as well if you want to dine out… proximity to the ski slopes is a plus…

The check in was at the welcome center. Everything is nearby. I booked rooms with breakfast and the breakfast spread was amazing. a lot of options for vegetarians as well the ski school and slopes are just at the same area. balwansan mountain is one cab 5 minutes away the view from the room was amazing
