“Lovely relaxing stay”

Unlimited access to wonderful thermal pools. The hotel is good set in beautiful well kept grounds with designated walks. There's also a lot of indoor space to chill out in, as well as plenty of indoor options for rainy days (pool, table tennis, bowling, table football, escape room). Exactly what we needed post international travel and busy cities.

“An enjoyable stay”

This was an exceptional spa resort with lots on offer. The food was excellent especially considering the number of guests. Really good to see the gluten free food all clearly labelled and a good selection. Loved many of the sustainable practices so carefully displayed on the walls. Some really excellent ideas. The spa pools were excellent especially the outdoor ones. Really good to see ramps into the pools for accessibility. The indoor spa pool environment was a little chilly and too cold to sit around the pool.

“Beautiful, clean hotel with amazing swimming pools!”

The swimming pools are exceptional! A lovely range of 3 pools with different temperatures. The walks are beautiful. The buffet is excellent, with a quality range at all mealtimes. The rooms are very comfortable and the whole hotel is exceptionally clean, smells beautiful with tranquil music.

“Expected more.....to be honest ...”

Full credit to the bell-man. He made the check in process smoother and quicker ( well done!). Overall experience was very pleasant. Fires places and armchairs gave that cosy warm feeling around the common areas. Sound proof (wooden cover ) floors was definitely a plus! Bar service area was prompt, friendly and very professional. Food price v/s quality was fair

“Good, but not quite all there!”

The location was incredible. Communal spaces are generous and readily available - of special note is the real fire area. Security of the resort was exceptional, including access, parking and within the hotel/spa area. The dining facilities are generally good, albeit the menu is quite limited. The pool areas are nice and well kept, notwithstanding some reservations about water source and temperatures. Across the board the staff were amazing and did their very best to make up for some slightly mediocre aspects.

Excellent facilities, attentive staff and amazing food options. Plenty to do and fantastic trails to explore.

location is a perfect hideaway hotel and amenities are perfect with all its pools and various temperatures staff were all exceptional, especially the waitress we had on more than one occasion Vanessa who was happy to answer all our questions

Overall was a pleasant stay and the pool was very nice. We would also recommend the spa. Had a wonderful massage and sauna.
