The apartment building unit is relatively new, still under occupied. So there is less vehicle and people movement, which feels good. I'm impressed with their entrance registration system which uses online form and present the resulting QR code to security guard. The unit I was staying has all that is needed for a homestay. Its spacious enough for 5 adults or even 6 if someone willing to just crash on to the sofa for the night. Utilities are all useable as its rather new, every one of them worked well - fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, etc although air-conditioning unit has started to produce its squeaky noise...these are due for a good cleaning up service. Also, all other facilities are on the same floor, swimming pool, gym, kids play place are all nearby. This unit i stayed was on Level 5, and car park is just at one level down, P4 which means lesser need to use the elevator.
