It’s located at one of the prettiest beaches in the area. Stuff was very friendly, rather chaotic and incompetent but friendly.

- wonderful setting and great beach - Fun beach bar with good food - spacious room and spacious patio area in our ‘Balcon’ room (name).It had a fridge and mini kitchenette with coffee perculator,(but no coffee), hob and pans. - You can’t drink the tap water but they provide water here - Beds and pillows good with nice sheets and towels good - Nice hammock but smelly so unusable - Lovely beach towels - Good sun loungers on beach, no cushions but free of charge - Easy going atmosphere - Room housekeeping only every four days - Bathroom good size and refurbished a bit but shower valve broken so cold shower - Staff good and helpful if we had a problem - Hotel parking good - Restaurant very good and competent. Lovely calamari and tuna tartare - Breakfasts pretty good - I would recommend staying but accommodation very basic - Air conditioned room

“Great view”

Right on the beach, it was beautiful! It had a lively vibe but it went quiet after 10pm in the bar. Excellent music though!

“Perfect beach stay for families”

Beautiful beach cabins in a perfect location. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great restaurant with delicious food right on the sand, with chairs and tables by the beach. Breakfast is included and amazing. The beach is beautiful and perfect for families. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful small hotel on the most beautiful beach that i have ever been ! Staff was great, very friendly and chill, location is from the fairy tale, food is great and i loved the sound of waves at the night !

“Wonderful Beachside Stay with Friendly Staff - Highly recommend”

This was exactly what we needed. The location was amazing - right on the beach and the staff were fantastic. It wasn’t too busy with a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious as was the food in general and the cocktails (including our welcome one!). The room had some frills - 2 fridges and very comfy new beds. We loved hanging out with the team and listening to the local Calypso band. I’d highly recommend this place for a laid-back low key beach stay.

“Superb beach experience”

I loved the location as the property is right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned to the hotel although it is simple; but it has everything one needs. We loved listening to the sound of the waves and rain (when it rained), a unique experience. The hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Great location, straight on the beach. Tasty food in restaurant. Helpful personnel. Great place for a few nights with direct access to the beach. Free sunbeds available for guests, but You need to be on the beach pretty early to have them.

Fantastic location, really nice. The room is basic very basic, no extras, but a fridge.

After 8 days camping in Osa, these was super fantastic chill out place...huge terrace with hammocks, full equiped open air funky kitcheen, best beach of all costarican caribean...owners are freaks, they serve nice food in the evening there is fantastic atmosphere in the bar...strongly reccomended...kids loved the place soooo much and was hard to drag them out of ocean...also nice coral reef with lot of fishes in front

“Wonderful rustic place right on the beach!”

An absolutely beautiful location right on the beach in Arrecife/Punta Uva! It may not be the type of place for everyone, but it was perfect for me. The staff are warm, welcoming, and friendly. The food and service at the restaurant were great. The restaurant/bar were a hangout for the locals including the employees and their families which I love. Things close early (by 10 pm) so not a probelem for sleeping. It is a rustic place with no fancy amenities, however, the mattress was new, nice to have a mini fridge in the room, and it was clean, and comfortable. For those needing more amenities and fresh towels/linens every day, you may not want to stay here. As it is located right on the beach, it is very humid and so towels and bathing suits don't dry well if hung outdoors or in the bathroom. The A/C unit had a "dry" setting that I used and would hang my suits & towels in the bedroom to dry.
