Overview
Conveniently located in the heart of Punta del Este, this hostel is 300 metres from the bus station and the coastline and beaches of the area. Free WiFi access is provided, and a daily homemade breakfast is served. It offers private and shared bathrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each room at El Viajero Brava Beach is air conditioned and has a modern en suite bathroom. Some rooms offer cable TV. In El Viajero’s communal lounge, cable TV and a DVD player are provided. Very friendly personnel, clean and comfortable rooms and cool vibe in very good location. Easy to park outside and walking distance to the peninsula. Although not included in the price, hotel offered complimentary breakfast, good strong coffee and bakery croissants.

“Well located and affordable in the heart of Punta del Este.”
This hostel is well located. The beach is near and there are a lot of business around the place. The breakfast seams really but I did not have breakfast there. The staff is nice.

“Great location and staff, could have better mantainance”
Location was incredible, we walked there from the bus station, near the hostel there was a supermarket and a couple of mini markets that stayed open until later. The kitchen was good enough for the basics, though if the hostel were more crowded I think there might be a line to use the space. It was walking distance to points of interest and the rambla. I also liked the breakfast at the near bakery, it wasn't a lot of food, but very good quality. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Strong wifi throughout. Smooth and professional check-in. The Male staff member spoke English well and gave good tips about what to do and see in the area. The dorm room was clean and spacious. Mattresses weren't amazing, but they were ok. I only stayed there my final night in Punta del Este but I wish I had have stayed there from the beginning. It was far better than the hostel I stayed at first.
