“The location is great but facility is not sufficient.”

The location was great - center of the quiet small town, just in front of the sea. The rooms were compact and has good view. The communication with the owner was smooth.

The apartment with an ocean view was something special. The town itself is very small—there are no restaurants except for two or three—but it's perfect for someone looking for peace and quiet.

“Homely, great views, well equipped”

Villa Delmar was perfect for our week away in Lanzarote. Arrived late in evening but no problem picking up key from key box. Property has a bright lounge, bathroom (lovely shower), well equipped kitchen and airy hallway with table and chairs on the ground floor. From the hallway stairs 3-4 steps leads up to a door to the back terrace with two comfortable recliners and a large table with parasol and drying rack. The terrace is overlooked by a car parking area (that doesn't seem to be for visitor use) but was unused during our stay. The terrace enjoys the afternoon and early evening sun. 3-4 more steps up the stairs leads to a small toilet with hand basin. This was useful at night, to save having to use the bathroom on the ground floor (there is no bathroom/toilet on the same level as the bedrooms). Two bedrooms (double and twin) either side of the hallway/landing on the first floor get the morning sun and are spacious with good wardrobe/cupboard space. Twin has a small balcony looking out to the North side of the property. Views out to sea are fantastic from both bedrooms and the first floor balcony terrace that faces the sea. This is where we spent most of our time enjoying our meals, planning the next day's activities. It's a perfect place to people watch as they walk by to the natural swimming pools. The property is right on the roadside but there was very little traffic noise when we stayed in mid May. Property is very comfortable and has a homely feel. It is well equipped and there are even parasols under the stairs, handy for the beach. Most evenings a group of ladies meet on a bench across the road from the property. On the night we arrived they told us we could park our hire car in the drive of the property opposite (as it was public!!). This worked well for us until we returned on a Friday evening to see (fair enough) someone parked there who was staying at the property themselves for the weekend.

The amazing sound of the sea from nearly every room. Location is amazing for swimming in the sea pools. Balcony facing the sea has the most beautiful sunrises.

splendid view from balcony, great bed, well equipped, walking distance to absolutely spectacular piscinas ( natural pools), quiet town, great place to relax overall.
