The resort was relaxing, however booking.com never informed us the resort was bought out by Hyatt and is now called Dreams. So to our surprise when we were trying to find Margaritaville and it was no longer there. It was very confusing.

My stay with you was not pleasant, I went with my husband to celebrate our honeymoon, first they put us in a room with two beds and we had to ask to change it because it was our honeymoon, we also did not receive their bathing shoes and the other guests did, one of the days the air was completely damaged in all the facilities and we had to sleep very hot, when we called to ask to fix it we were very poorly attended by the workers, the Buffette is very poor, it had no variety and we could not visit all the restaurants at the menu because they were always full and there aren't many options either. They made us pay a mandatory refundable hold to consume inside the hotel but we were not prepared to pay more money than we had already paid. We are very disappointed and we would not return, it is not worth it, false advertising, there is no value for money.

“All in all, I would definitely visit again (but avoid the sales presentation)”
My room had a balcony with a view of the ocean. It was great to wake up and look out at the serene water every morning. The food was fabulous and the staff was there to help you with anything.
