⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Aqua Live Punta Cana was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to David Butler (VIP Service), who truly made our experience exceptional. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were outstanding. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. We loved all the restaurants, and the buffet was exceptional. The drinks were unlimited and of very good quality, honestly competing with other hotels in the Dominican Republic — easily top 3. The service throughout the resort was top-notch, always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job — very thorough, polite, and consistent. Room service was fabulous, fast, and reliable, and the room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The resort offers great amenities, and we truly felt at home. We even requested and received a dehumidifier, which shows how attentive the staff is to guest needs. There are two room categories I highly recommend: the Swim-Up Room and the Fuego category, which is even more spacious and private. The activities offered were fabulous, and a huge plus was the spa. We had an amazing massage, and the spa facilities — hot pool, sauna, and relaxation areas — were definitely worth every cent. We were also informed about an excellent vacation membership plan offered by the hotel, which is truly a great investment, as these hotels are absolutely worth it. We felt valued, cherished, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return!
