“Simply perfect”

The breakfast was exactly what was needed. The cereal, fresh fruit and pastry selection and the smoothies were perfect. The service was excellent too, I did not even have to ask for a drink, they already had it ready for me, before I got back to the table with food.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Punta Cana! The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere made our vacation truly unforgettable. What made the biggest difference, however, was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to Santos, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and always available whenever we needed assistance.

From the very beginning, he was attentive, kind, professional, and always willing to help me with everything I needed. Honestly, I do not have enough words to describe how well he treated me. Thanks to him, my experience was much more special and comfortable. He was always paying attention to every detail and making sure everything was perfect. For me, Carlos is an excellent butler and truly deserves recognition for the amazing work he does. Without a doubt, he is the best. I give him a 10 out of 10 for his dedication, service, and outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much, Carlos!

Beautiful resort with exceptional facilities. Overall, staff were very kind, especially our personal butler. Activities available, food and facilities were excellent. Beach is beautiful. The app is very easy to use and made booking restaurants etc very convenient.

The staff did it's best to make my vocation unforgettable. Wonderful hotel on the shore of the Atlantic. Tropical gardens, clean beach, tasty buffets and cocktails.

“Second Stay, Great Resort”

We loved our stay here, it's our second time staying at this resort. Both times we stayed in the premium area and it was great. The premium pool and swim up bar are clean and the service is fast there, and the premium buffet is steps away from the pool. There are many lounge chairs available in the sun and shade. The rooms are large and clean with big balconies. Our butler Smerlin was amazing and checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. He booked our restaurants for us and even got us into a sit down restaurant on the day we arrived. The entertainment staff were awesome as well and the activities throughout the day were so much fun. Black Angel, Chocolaté and Genaly are the best! We will be returning next year.

Very clean, nice and big accomodation. My butler Smerlin was of very good help with all of our wants and needs. Good variety of food at the buffet, nice pools and good drinks. Overall good time!

Our butler was nice and helpful. Buffet has a large offering, but the food quality is not good.

All areas were near bars and food areas, always sun beds available, towels nice and big.

The beach was very crowded, a lot of chairs and very messy. The food was very bad in most of the restaurants. Most of the staff didn’t know English, hence it was difficult to communicate.

Room was a greeat size. Food was amazing. Theme restaurant were great ( On the Grill and Japanese werethe best )

Our room was clean and thanks to Natalie always looked after with fresh towels and face cloths. She was amazing! The food portions at the special restaurants were perfect not too small or too big.
