We have booked this hotel late in the evening due to flight cancellation. On arrival we were surprised how nice the room was. It felt very clean and cozy. The food in their lounge was amazing, we had a fantastic lunch and complimented the chef. it was european high standard food

The hotel room itself was absolutely amazing, the facilities available were great, we organised a trip to Saona island through the hotel which was one of the many highlights of the trip. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The room service and cleaners did a great job each day cleaning the room when we had left.

It was quiet and for us great location - quick drive to beaches, close to shops, easy pickup for day tours. Staff was nice, pool was big enough not to get crowded and lovely to chill after full day.

That you have your own suite. They also had a driver which at the time their restaurant wasn’t available so the driver took me to their partner restaurant at the beach. The pool is well maintained, however at the time there was some maintenance so the gym wasn’t usable.

“Overpriced and a construction site”

Its in a bad location. Have to cross very busy roads to get to the shops. Given facilities to cook yourself but no utensils. Literally in the middle of a building site. My balcony view was of a construction site. Over priced.

Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff (Stacey is a very attentive and kind receptionist who was helpful). Beautiful pool area, quality food (although breakfast was tiny - so I asked for more the next day and that wasn’t a problem for them) - the room was so beautiful, fresh drinking water every day (2 x small bottles) and I used the gym every day. Overall a great stay. Very close to inland shops and walk distance to cafes/restaurants- also an amazing beauty spa for the girls very close by called Rose studio by Karen beauty.

Very comfortable, clean, lots of facilities, you can cook there and prepare some basic meals, bed is big and comfortable, lovely swimming pool, little gym with light weights and cardio equipment. The staff were hospitable, kind, attentive and always did their best throughout the time there.

The food at breakfast and lunch was delicious. The wait staff was very attentive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

high specification property, however there were no utensils - no toaster- no microwave- no kettle. There was an oven. The fridge kept freezing our food which meant throwing it away. Housekeeping excellent. Gym excellent. Pool great. Small bar very useful with a small restaurant. It’s a shame the hotel has not taken on past reviews.

The staff were really kind the manager was so accommodating as I had a late flight and said I can use the room till I was ready to leave. It’s in a quiet area which is amazing. The hotel is spacious and great for people that like their own space! The gym is brand new also great work.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There is a nice pool and gym in the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and warm. There is a nice atmosphere!
