“Great place to stay in Punta Arenas”
This is a great place! The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. We made good use of the washing machine. Luis is extremely friendly and helpful and provided food for breakfast. The apartment is a little outside the city centre but an easy walk away. It is in an interesting area with shops nearby.

“Brilliant apartment behind the gate”
From the street you can’t see what’s within. When you open the gate though everything is amazing from the meeting with the host to taking the apartment into use and to the shower.

“ON YOUR WAY TO SEE THE PINGUINS”
I stayed here various times on my way to and from "Tierra del Fuego". The apartments are very good indeed with good heating, many tv channels and an espresso machine in the kitchen There are a few cats but you do not notice them. One supermarket nearby and many small shops. You may walk to the city center in 20-25 minutes. The owner Luis is very helpful if you need a taxi etc. (taxis are not expensive in Chile.) Punta Arenas offers a unique "End of the World" style of living. The boats to "Tierra del Fuego" are good! Even the arrival by air at PUQ Airport is interesting!

“VERY GOOD STAY IN PUNTA ARENAS.”
From PUQ Airport you take a taxi (not expensive at all). On arrival Luis will give you the keys immediately. Very modern apartments, well maintained! Outside terrace. Good Breakfast included with ITALIAN coffee machine. Very good TV. Quiet location. There is a supermarket nearby. Most important: Luis will help you to get to Puerto Natales, to the Porvenir Crossing (nearby) etc.

“Comfortable base for Punta Arenas and excursions with fantastic hosts”
The host, who is living on the property, was waiting for us at the gate, even though we only arrived around 10pm. His niece was with him, who speaks excellent English, so communication was very easy (after a 36 hour flight we were very happy not to have to struggle with our very basic Spanish). There were both exceedingly helpful, Helping us trying to set up our sim card, even going to buy a different brand the next morning, doing reservations for us. Really wonderful. The cabana is spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and fully working. They even have great home made bread for breakfast. The city center with lots of restaurants is only a few minutes away by car.

Great host, good communication. Fantastic accomodation in really great shape. Nice quiet area in suburban Punta Arenas, ideally you will want to have a car if you are staying here.

Charming cabana, well kitted out and decorated with care. Excellent food provisions provided which allowed us have breakfast before an early morning flight.special mention for the excellent home made bread. Which was delicious. Luis was a lovely host.

Calm neighbourhood, very cozy and comfortable and super friendly and welcoming hosts. We even got home-made bread for breakfast :) We spent only night but would easily feel like home for a longer stay as well!

“VERY GOOD STAY IN PUNTA ARENAS”
Very good apartment! Getting there from the airport is easy: take an official taxi in the arrival hall. The trip takes 30 minutes and costs about 13 dollars (13000 pesos). The description of the apartment on the Booking site is very accurate! Supermarket and bus terminal nearby.

It was absolutly beatifull inside, every corner was well attended with lovely tastfull decorations. An excellent coffee machine, different types of coffee, wine was given to us and tasty round bread, yogurt fruit, cheese cornflakes and a lot more in the fridge. Chocloates on the beautifully covered bed. Beatiful apartment and lovely bathroom with hot water constantly. Everything shining new. Very nice helpful host
