“Modern, clean and cosy with friendly staff.”
The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

“Just positive experience”
Very nice small cottage which had everything including area for own cooking. Room was very cozy and host friendly and helpful. Location is somewhere in the middle between center and port/airport, but within walkable distance and there is uber in case needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.
