“Brilliant experience all around”

This stay was paradise. Absolutely the best place we stayed in our month in Peru. Renzo and his family were so kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and we didn’t want to leave!! If you are looking for a beautiful and unique experience with calm ambiance and stunning views look no further. The apartment is gorgeous and we were well looked after. The food was excellent, very healthy and we were learned all about their lives, the Uros history and met all the family whilst out on a boat being shown around the community. Helping and assisting where needed , heartfelt all the time and also giving guests the time by them own to enjoy this amazing nature . The Lodge is an oasis of silence on the outer parts of Uros Floating Islands, a 20min Boatride from Kalapajra Port. A must do , to get an idea of Life at Titicaca and Uros Life. Erik - GERMANY

Everything, there was nothing not to like. We were greeted by the family upon arrival to our cabin, the family completely made our stay a 5 star plus experience. The cabin was stunning, meals fantastic, and we spent the day with the owner exploring the islands, he even took us to his own home.. I loved the uniqueness of this part of Puno... “Amazing experience”

Titicaca Ecolodge is a small family owned business. The hosts, Renzo & his family are such lovely people who will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The accommodation is massive, lots of areas to lounge and admire the views. On a clear night you’ll see the most amazing night sky. The bed is very comfortable and has lots of blankets to keep you warm after the sun sets. The breakfast, lunch & dinner was fantastic. Simple high quality ingredients cooked to perfection. They even had dinner ready for us when we arrived late in the night at the lodge. I definitely recommend doing the included activities to learn more about the Uros community, their way of life and the challenges they face. Don’t hesitate to book this place. You will have the most enriching and unique experience!

“Unforgettable Experience”

We had the most amazing two nights on the lodge. Renzo and his family were extremely lovely and catered for our every need. They made us feel so welcome and it was an honour being shown the culture of the Uros Islands through the activities on offer. We arrived to Puno by train from Cusco and Renzo arranged for a taxi to take us from the station to the port and then he took us to the lodge via a short boat ride. The journey by boat was extremely comfortable and Renzo provided us with blankets to keep us warm as we arrived at night, which does get cold in winter. The lodge is super comfortable and and the view over the lake is beautiful. Thank you so much Renzo for an unforgettable experience, a highlight of our trip to South America!

“Absolutely amazing, highlight of our Perú trip”

It is so gorgeous, the family is absolutely amazing and the food was incredible. Our reservation included a trip on the traditional boat and we got to meet Renzo’s mom who was the sweetest and he showed us how his people came to live in this area. The food his MIL made was delicious, some of the best meals we had in Peru! Look no further and stay at this property. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. Our host organized the transfer to the accommodation and was very attentive. During our stay we were very well received, everyone was very kind and welcoming. We did two very interesting cultural activities that allowed us to learn more about the Uros culture. All the meals were delicious and very well served. I would like to highlight Mrs. Helena who was very attentive to us.

Renzo and his wife really are the best and friendliest hosts we met on our trip so far. If we could rate it more than 10 stars, we would :) He really makes everything for you to have the best time on Uros Islands. With him we could do 3 activities: kayaking, riding a traditional boat (&learning more about life on the Titicaca lake) and visiting the Uros museum. In addition his wife cooked really delicious traditional food. Renzo even made it possible for us to bring friends for dinner to his island. When we left we had to leave really early because of road blockages and so he brought us in the middle of the night back to the mainland (he even organized a boat with a closed roof because it was raining so hard). We highly recommend to book your stay with Renzo and his wife :)

“An unforgettable, one in a life-time Stay”

Our stay was just phenomenal from the pick-up at Puno Rail station till we left to Juliaca airport. Renzo and his family are the best hosts we ever had so far. Warm, welcoming, organizing any transfers but most of all showing us the culture of the Uros community (with various boat trips offered), his wife cooking delicious dishes and of course the amazing accommodation. My partner and I stayed for two nights but if time permitted, we definitely would stay longer. An amazing place to relax, enjoy tranquility and still enjoy all the luxury. i can only repeat what other guests already said, no need to search other locations, this Ecolodge is just the perfect stay. Thank you again, Renzo and your family for having us. It has been a true highlight of our extensive trip.

“Titicaca Uros experience”

Very nice Uros Isla, we love the whole experience. The owner picked up and dropped off at pier, took is for a Titicaca trip, his wife made us all the meals, every meal was delicious. We went in May, we were a bit worry about hot water, but it does have enough hot water, got heat inside room, and very warm blanket. The glass roof and windows are beautiful, can see both sunrise and sunset at two sides of the room, I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wanna stay at Titicaca.

“One of a kind stay in Titicaca Lake”

It was such a magical experience to stay at Titicaca Ecolodge. The room is the only room on a floating island. The glass walls and vista dome provide easy access to sunset, sunrise as well as stargazing at night. Renzo and his family are very friendly and his service and attention is top notch.

“Amazing exclusive experience on Titicaca lake”

One of the best experiences in Peru! This Ecolodge offers a very exclusive experience, because it has only one apartment on a floating island. The owner Renzo took care of us, explained everything, we went for canoeing for sunset, visited the Uros Community and we got explanations in English about the lifestyle on the Titicaca lake. The roof made from glas is amazing. You can just lay down on the secondary bed and observe the sky full of stars in the comfort and warmth. In the night the temperature was dropping down to zero, or even below, so bring warm clothes for your visit. Recommended to stay at least 2 nights in order to enjoy the full program. Renzo took care of everything and was very kind. His wife coocked for us delicious meals. 11* rating!

Don’t waste your time and book it! The family is so kind and they are trying to fulfill all your wishes! They took so good care of us and the food was amazing! We were sad that we were only able to stay for one night! If you are able to come at least for 2 nights! Thank you so much for everything❤️

We had a great time at the lodge. We enjoyed the food and the tour of the lake. The view of the lake through the glas windows is stunning. Compared to other lodges this one has its own island and is located further away from the village.

“Magical”

Simply incredible. The best place we have ever stayed. We stayed in the Ecolodge for 2 nights and had the most amazing time. The lodge is beautiful, the views are stunning and the atmosphere is far more peaceful than other lodges around Uros which can be noisy and touristy. You are looked after by Renzo and his family who are AMAZING hosts. You get so much more than what is advertised - experiences are included in the tour, including a tour of the surrounding islands on a traditional reed boat and kayaking on the lake. We loved hearing stories about the various generations in Renzo’s family and learning about the way of life on the floating islands. The lodge itself is on a floating island and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is brand new and looks beautiful. We were staying for our honeymoon and we had some lovely surprises upon arrival. The food is excellent and Renzo showed real flexibility with our dietary requirements. Overall, I cannot recommend enough - thank you Renzo and family!!

We were the very first tourists to stay at this new place and we were very lucky. The lodge is huge and very comfortable. The location of the island is great and the family managing the place is fantastic!!! We were able to discover how people live (building the islands, fishing,....) and it was a really authentic experience.
