“Very good stay thank you Juan!”
First of all I want to thank the receptiontionist Juan who helped me with everything and made my stay comfortable. First day I arrived, there was no hot water in the shower, but he changed me the room and day after helped me with usefull information regarding sightseing city. Thank you Juan once again! PS breakfast is very good (specially fresh fruites)

“Decent hotel but room for improvement”
The service was friendly and generally excellent, e.g. I suffered altitude sickness and they brought breakfast up to the room and provided oxygen free of charge. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, close to the centre.

“Lovely hotel, great staff, good location”
Nice big room and a lovely comfy bed. Good buffet breakfast too. Close to the cathedral and main square too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, letting us leave our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out.

Good breakfast and great location. It's within walking distance to the city center, so we could go back and forth easily. We even returned just to use the toilet or have a short rest

“Great short stay.”
The staff were excellent as they photocopied my onward transportation and called taxi for us. The bed was comfortable. The location was within a short walking distance to activities and restaurants.
