This small hotel is very close to the center which is really good. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They stored my luggage at the reception while I was travelling for some days which was very useful. I was satisfied and it's a good value for the price.

“Exeptional”
We had a wonderful stay in marlon's house in Puno. The host was always available, incredibly helpful, and everything was perfectly organized. What really stood out was her constant good mood and positive energy — always smiling and genuinely happy to help. This made us feel truly welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I had a very calm stay in this hotel which is located approx. 5 min from the main square and this was really perfect because I liked wandering around the city center. As a solo traveler I always have some challenges with my luggage and the staff kindly helped me with it. I also stored my luggage in the hotel during my two trips and this was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and water was warm enough to take a good shower. I didn't have breakfast therefore I can't give my opinion about it. I was satisfied with my stay and I recommend this hotel for short stays.

The best place to stay in Peru. It is located few blocks from the main square. Very clean place with carpets in the room so it makes place very cosy. There is a free tea to serve. Good working wifi. And we had a room overlooking the titicaca lake so it was a big plus.

Yuri on the front desk was amazing, going out of her way to help us Room was perfectly clean It gets cold at night in Puno but we had plenty of blankets to keep us warm

The host was so lovely and helpful. The location was perfect as it was right by the main area. Beds were nice and warm with many blankets which helped with the rainy cold weather. Free tea and coffee was also a plus.

“Cosy stay in Puno”
Location felt very safe and nearby to restaurants and tourist stuff in Puno. The hotel was so cosy, clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again! The staff were so helpful and kind and helped us with lots of advice. Really tasty breakfast. Thank you!
