Classic older style hotel in the centre of the town. The staff were very helpful when our bus to Bolivia was cancelled and we needed advice and to stay another night.

“Ok for a one-night stay”

We only spent one night here and it was an ok stay. The hotel facilities are very old and need renovation, but it was a comfortable one-night stay. Breakfast was included which is a positive point, even though it didnt have many options.

From the moment you walked through the door, you were met with a smile and "how can I help you?" This attitude continued to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and luggage storage/doormen. Being able to fill your water bottle was fantastic and encouraged you to stay hydrated every time you walked through the door. Would highly highly recommend.

The location was perfect, right in the centre and ideal for exploring, with a great view over the plaza from the restaurant. Dinner at the hotel was really enjoyable, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. Overall, it worked really well for a one-night stop.

Great location, so close to the main square. Although it’s an older hotel, it was very clean and the staff made a fuss about it being our honeymoon and a birthday during our stay.

Great hotel, with very helpful staff. We arrived very early in the morning and we got early check -in with a very reasonable price that included breakfast. Excellent restaurant with big variety of lama and other dishes that were very tasty. Highly recommend!

It was attractive and clean

Great central location. Room were warm (there was a heather in ours) and bed comfy. Nice breakfast/restaurant on the last floor with views on Titicaca.

Nice garden, spacios rooms, good breakfast. They have a parking space in the back yard. It is cca 20 min walking distance to the train station, where all trains for Aguas Calientes stop.
