I truly appreciated that the meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were kept simple yet flavorful and satisfying. The kitchen staff kindly accommodated our request for extra seafood dishes, like Maggi Ketam and Ketam Rebus, which were delightfully simple and absolutely delicious!

Beautiful location right on the ocean. Breakfast was basic but dinner was really good. Basic but comfortable rooms.

The fact the accommodation was on the water and you could look out into the sea and 'turtle watch' as well as view the sunset was great. Also could snorkel directly from the waters near the accommodation.

The ambiance of a house over the sea, where you can watch the turtles and feel the nature. We also loved the tea available for the guests!

The hotel was simple but satisfactory for my needs. The dives were enjoyable, and I had the chance to see some new marine life, which made the experience memorable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns.

Their diving is great, we enjoyed it very much. Equipment is good also. Food was nice (breakfast included). We liked window in the room.

The island itself is no tropical paradise. They have no real beach, no waste management, no sewage system. So, everything literally ends up in the sea. Plastic bottles and garbage float on the sea 24/7. At one moment you are sitting on a toilet and everything from there goes directly to the sea and the next minute you snorkel or dive in the same water. Not the best feeling really! As for Spheredivers – the guys there are doing the best they can, but for the price of room here, you can get incomparably better one in Semporna. Also, at the time being, they don’t even have the options of lunch and dinner, so you are limited on 1 or 2 verry basic restaurants in a village. So, eider you stay in Semporna and just do the daily dive trips to (around) Mabul or you go there anyway and by that help the local people and business to survive.

The room are just one bed and a fan, nothing else and bathrooms are barely acceptable. sunset from the place is simply amazing..

We highly recommend staying at this place as it offers a unique experience to get to know the local staff who accompany you on various excursions. They are very knowledgeable in both snorkeling and diving, and are incredibly kind and ready to help with anything. We recommend this place to fully experience the local culture and make new friends. The rooms are simple but clean, and the common area is relaxing, offering the chance to enjoy amazing sunsets. We will definitely come back!
