Overview
Located in Mallorca’s Puig de Galatzó Mountains, this hotel offers spectacular views from its terrace, infinity pool and hot tub. The rooms at the Ratxó Retreat Hotel, member of Meliá Collection feature stylish, traditional décor with tiled floors, wooden beams and dark wood furniture. Each one has free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathrrom. Our restaurants, Roots and Arratxa, only use the freshest products, KM.0 whenever possible. Both restaurants have a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the professional, friendly staff are here to ensure that every meal with us is a memorable culinary experience. Staff at the 24-hour reception can provide information about what to see and do in Mallorca. Massage, car and bicycle rental services are also available from the front desk. Ratxó Retreat Hotel, member of Meliá Collection organises hiking and fishing trips in the surrounding mountains. Central Palma and the airport are around 30 minutes’ drive from the hotel.

“Naturally beautiful”
Overall, we loved this hotel, but won’t be rushing back. I spent a lot of time looking for a place that was luxury, yet remote to provide my husband and I with much needed peace and clarity. Finca Ratxo is an incredible bit of property. We loved the nature, the environment, the way the property blends with the surrounding landscapes and the pool/spa. The room was also exceptional. The cleaning and turndown service were lovely. On an evening with live music at the garden bar, we could listen from our room which was so special and romantic. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They communicate with guest via WhatsApp for convenience (which I find great!) although we didn’t need to reach out for any reason.

“Superb very comfortable relaxing retreat”
The setting is beautiful, my room was very nice, very clean, spacious with a v comfy big bed . I loved my little garden . All staff were excellent and v accommodating. The food and service were very good , especially breakfast which was delicious with lots of choice .

“Perfect tranquility in an amazing location”
This hotel is excellent; location, service and amenities. It provided a perfect tranquil stay in the hills where the staff were so helpful, the rooms so comfortable and the Spa and the people there (particularly Claudia) amazing. The food is delicious. We didn't want to leave and we will go back.
