Perfect stay! Diego the host is a nice character, always smiling and willing to help. He is the one which makes the hotel a great place to stay!

First of all Diego, from the first moment made us feel at home and really cared about our entire experience. Helped us with the tours and with great recommendations.

Diego is a great host, so kind and helpful and he made sure we made it to our day tour we booked previously. Plus he let us have a late checkout. A really great guy.

“Simple accomodation with good location”

Staff was good and room was large for the 4 of us. We had the basics to stay in Isabela.

Diego the manager was v helpful, good breakfast, great ac, comfy bed, nice bathroom, lots of hot water, good breakfast, great value for money.

Diego and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I forgot my charger at the hotel and Diego promptly shipped to me on another island. I haven’t encountered hospitality like this ever before. Spotless rooms and delicious breakfast but the staff and especially Diego made my stay amazing.

I had a great stay at this hotel and felt very well taken care of. Diego was incredibly kind and attentive, especially when I became ill. He made sure I was comfortable and well supported. The room was clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I truly appreciated the care and hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Diego and the personnel was very friendly. Good Breakfast. Nice pool and calm inside poolarea with trees and birds. Diego took care of my luggage and gave opportunity to wait for my flight to San Cristobal in the pool area! I hope I will revisit this hotel again. Big Thanks!

The room was kept spotless, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, staff was amazing and breakfast was excellent and different every morning. The pool was wonderful and we loved the courtyard that was perfect for socializing. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, bakeries, and the beach.

The hotel offers good value for money. While it is a bit dated, this seems to be fairly standard for the island. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and clearly try their best to make guests feel welcome.

“Practical, Effective and Convenient...”

Staff and pool are what makes it. Also, the owner and the Isabela Café right beside it, a practical convenience. They can deliver food to your room. The whirlpool and the pool is also a very nice treat, and, the area to relax nearby the pool.

Breakfast was delicious - We really enjoyed it. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to access - Bike rentals, Panderia, El Mercado Municipal, and everything else we wantes to visit.

The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable, with a pool, quiet surroundings, and a very cozy room. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was Diego, the hotel manager. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged. He helped us organize tours, laundry, and everything we needed, always with a smile and great energy. Thanks to him, our stay was fantastic.
