“Perfect stay!”

We loved every minute here! Jackson and his wife were extremely attentive and kind! They are the best <3 Location is just a couple of minutes of walking from the "downtown", since it's a small town, everything is quite close by. Good breakfast and was served even when we had to leave very early for the boat, very appreciated. Just in front of the building you can rent an ok bike (10$/day).

“Great little gem”

The host Jackson was so kind. He picked us up from the ferry, gave us a town tour and made sure that we are all feeling well and looked after. The bed and pillows were comfortable , the breakfast very good and plenty. It is 750m walk to the ocean and restaurants.

Simple living at the edge of Isabella. Jackson and his wife are incredibly welcoming, from collection from the ferry to tour recommendations and help organising. Rooms are clean with AC and hot water and breakfasts are decent.

Yackson, the host is lovely. Picked us up from the port and gave us a tour of the town. He was super helpful with anything we needed and really patient with our poor Spanish :) Rooms are great. Comfy bed, no noise and amazing shower!

The couple that own this guest house are the kindest, friendliest, cheerful people you will meet. They picked us up from the boat as a lovely surprise and Jackson couldn’t have been nicer with his guided tour when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was big and clean with hot water. Breakfast was big and delicious. It’s at the north end of town which we loved. Close to a cheap bakery and cheap $6 restaurants. There is a water refill too. There is also a kitchen you can use. Thank you Jackson and Lupa for you exceptional hospitality on this beautiful island.

“Basic room and friendly owners”

We booked last minute and turned up late at night and they came and opened a room up for us. The room was simple and reasonably clean. The owners were friendly.

We had an amazing stay: the rooms are clean, the breakfast is very nice, but above all, the owners are super nice and kind people. They are always there to help, picked us up from the boat and provided us with anything we needed

Jackson is absolutely the best host. He helped us sort out the best tours on Isabela and even walked us around the town to show us great places to eat and shop.

“Will come back, definitely!”

Amalia and Jackson are the best! They pick you up at the dock, something we didn´t expect and was very welcome. They give a quick tour in the centre to show you some good places. They offer great tours via their connections and they took really good care of us when we were pretty sick for a few days (checking in on us, providing medicine, food,...). We missed the volcano tour because we were sick but Jackson managed to reschedule eventhough we lost are money at first. Their breakfast is definitely a recommendation, very delicious and plenty (and we can eat a lot) There's purified water all the time. There's a lot of space to dry your wetsuits etc after snorkeling or diving. What more do you want! (And for those who find it important, their Wifi is really good). I don't easily have good nights when I travel but here we slept very well. I'm used to soft beds back home. The beds here are not as firm as always and there were plenty of pillows so it compensates the firmer beds compared to home. Last but not least, we had an amazing day at their farm when we went there with Amalia to work with her.

Jackson is very kind and helpful, met us at the ferry when we arrived and sent us to the ferry when we left. Organized all activities and provided snorkels free of charge.

“Lovely people”

We spent lovely week here with my wife. When we arrived Jackson was welcoming us with the sign in the port. Jackson and other people made us feel very comfortable. Jackson arranged trips (Isla Tortuga and Los Tuneles) for us with cheaper price than you can get by walking around and negotiating it by yourself. Breakfast was good and last morning they even prepared it for us at 4:30 am because we had early ferry to Santa Cruz. We caught tuna at Isla Tortuga trip and Jackson and his wife (?) cooked it for us at the same day and we had very delicious dinner together. Thank you for everything! 😊

Big rooms, nice owner, good breakfast

Everything! Jackson, the host, is amazing and incredibly friendly. He picked us up at the Harbour and then gave us a tour of the area and showed us the best spots for dinner, sunset and stores. He helped us organize everything we needed (tours, bikes,…) during our time quickly and very cheap. The hotel itself is very cute, super clean and lies perfectly in a quiet neighborhood which is close to the city center. Jackson and his wife made us wonderful breakfast and welcomed us with open arms. I cannot recommend this place enough :) Thank you for everything!

“Warm, friendly place with great price to value ratio”

Jackson is very friendly host, we really enjoyed being his guests! He organized a transfer for us from the ferry and a really good private guided tour in the village, led by Freddy. Jackson made every morning amazing breakfast for us: toast, tropical fruits, eggs, coffe & tea plus delicious juice. He gave us local recommendations and helped with the taxi as well. The accommodation is quiet and perfect for travelling couples.
