Everything. The property, the super welcoming and helpful staff also ahead of the stay - very réactive on WhatsApp, the incredible breakfast all homemade (Including gluten free options for my friend). We stayed in the Marco Polo tent that is very secluded and it felt incredible to be so close to nature. Conviennent bike rental service on site and much appreciated help to rent a car through Alamo (recommended). Super useful recommendations for the beaches. A lot of wildlife on the property - frogs, birds, monkeys … many thanks to all, and especially Esteban and Browi for their incredible welcome and help.

We loved everything. The best hotel that we’ve stayed in Costa Rica and maybe in the whole world. If you hesitate - don’t, it’s a magical place and you’ll be sad to leave. The tents, the surroundings, the personnel, the breakfast - really 10 out of 10. I will have a dream to come back one day, because this place is just magical 🐦‍🔥

This place is amazing. We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon, and we wish it were more. The location is spectacular: far enough away from the main road to feel totally secluded. The only thing you can hear are the birds, crickets, and monkeys. We stayed in the Marco Polo tent, which was the most private of all, and we felt like we were alone in the rainforest! The tent had everything we needed: a ceiling fan, a regular fan, a refrigerator, and a bug net for the bed to name a few things. And the outdoor showering experience is something else! The breakfast was freshly made each morning, and was a real treat. Great coffee, great tea, and the loveliest fruit selection, paired with sweet and savory dishes. Special thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Esteban, Manuel, and Randall, who made us feel at home from the very first minute.

Beautifully nested in Nature. The concept is great since there are tents and also normal villas. The service is great. My tent was changed to normal room since it was naturally loud outside (No fault of Hotel). Manuel who works here has been exceptionally friendly. The breakfast is the best. Will always recommend the place.

“Highlight of our trip”

Property was amazing. We loved our treehouse room, it was so cool being so close to the nature and being woken up by the sounds of the animals in the morning, each treehouse feels fairly secluded which helped with this. Everything in the room was comfortable and well furnished, considering it was glamping most of the time it felt like we were in a luxury hotel with the comfy bed, wooden floors, balcony and outdoor shower. The breakfasts were the highlight of our stay/ trip, such a special addition and we felt so taken care of. Special shout-out to Daniel who went above and beyond to make our stay a great one.

Everything was dreamy perfect. It is literally in the jungle where all the sounds mellow your soul. Most beautiful and peaceful place I stayed in the country.owners are super friendly and helpful. You could feel like an explorer and be in a cozy place in the same time.

We were honestly sad to leave—it’s one of those rare places you instantly want to return to. A perfect experience from start to finish!

“Amazing jungle experience”

We stayed 4 nights at Villa house. This was our best experience of 3 weeks in Costa Rica. This place is not for everyone, as you need to be able to spend the night in the middle of the jungle:). Honestly, just before falling a sleep first night, I was not sure if we will stay more nights here, as there were huge grasshoppers inside our villa, but afterwards we realised they do nothing and we kindly asked them (with a help of broom 🧹) to leave our house :D. Every morning we were waking up at 5:30 am to listen and enjoy the amazing sound of animals, breakfast every morning is AMAZING (i would only go there in the mornings and pay a lot for that breakfast), staff 100%, in general- amazing!

This place is an absolute gem ! Everything was perfect, beyond our expectations. We couldn't have hoped for a better way to end our holidays, huge thank you to the owners and the team. We were really sad when we had to leave after 5 nights. What did we like ? The location, the reception area, the room in the main house, the tents, the decoration, the setting in the middle of the jungle, the dogs, getting woken up by howler monkeys, the atmosphere and the background music in the restaurant area, the service, the smiles and of course breakfast ! There has been absolute no negative aspect and we recommend this place wholeheartedly !

“An oasis in the Jungle with animals everywhere and a high standard of food and service.”

We stayed in the small villa building, not one of the Glamping buildings. We absolutely adored our stay here. You are located perhaps 2km from the main coastal road, along a rough old dirt track, (The norm for Costa Rica). This location provides an immersion into the jungle. The animals are all around you end entertain you from dawn to dusk. From hummingbirds to howler monkeys. We had extra meals here as we didn't want to go back into town. The food standard is excellent with a strong emphasis on healthy home made dishes. This was our favourite location on our Costa Rica adventure.

Most friendly hosts! Willing to run the extra mile to help us! Delicious food! The tents were very comfortable and built in such a way that we experienced the canopy of the trees nearby. Excellent location with regards to the beach and other facilities in Puerto Viejo / Cocles.
