Mitchelle is a hard working woman with an honest big smile. She was so caring, like a mom does. We had such a beautiful and inspiring conversation. Thank you so much!!!! The place is being cleaned a few times a day. Everything you need is provided and Mitchelle takes care by herself. The location is amazing, 2 blocks from the main and busy street. Yet the hostel is in a quiet area. Single rooms are basic, bed, drawers, hangers, ventilator. Towel, soap and toilet paper are provided. Bathroom spotless clean, warm water. I would recommend Michelle's cabinas at any time.

Lovely host, takes alot of pride in the upkeep of her resort. The only thing I missed was having a common area in the first level. Upstairs had better seating outside.

The owner is very sweet! The rooms are clean and the you get good value for your money. Really close by the beach and the center of Puerto Viejo.

Michelle was kind and the room ok but overall it was not worth 200 usd for 3 nights. Also the laundry for few clothes has been very expensive (13 usd).

“An incredible place to stay! Very clean, safe, and welcoming. It's walking distance to everything!”
Cabinas Mitchaelle's was clean, friendly, and had such great energy. It was such a bonus having a shower located right outside our room to wash sand off and we felt incredibly safe staying here. Our rooms were also cleaned and extra towels were supplied, they went above and beyond. Excellent hosts, would love to come back again.
