“Great location, but awkward entry/exit”

The location in the heart of the Zona Romantica made enjoying Vallarta’s beaches and nightlife and restaurants effortless.

The property is brand-new and beautifully presented .There’s everything you need, the swimming pool has a wonderful view of the sunset. Jorge Hernandez is the most fantastic host. Nothing is too much for him. Customer service to a higher-level . Thank you Jorge! We will be back.

“Great Property in a superb location but ran by a very poor management company who ignore messages.”

The location of the property was fantastic. Everything we wanted. We visited all the areas of PV and we think this location was definitely the best. The room itself was also fantastic however, we did have an issue with one of the AC units (in the living area) which did not work throughout our stay. We reported this to Bay properties who said they would send an engineer out, but they never did. As the AC in the bedroom worked and because there was the ceiling fan we chose not to pursue this but we should not have had to. I would also add the level of cleaning service provided was not great. Only once a week and not a a very good standard with long black hairs being present on the floors no sooner than the property had been cleaned. The rooftop pools and communal kitchen areas were superb (for the first week only - see comment on what we did not like for more information).

“Amazing apartment in a great location”

Stunning apartment that was super clean with a comfy bed. Beautiful artwork. The pools on the roof were amazing and the view was breathtaking. Also such a great location, less than a five minute walk to the beach.
