We were told we would get a refund from the property the day we checked out because of health issues, but a month later were still waiting for it. Neither the hotel nor booking cares to fulfill their promises that theyve been making. Very frustrating

The Kids-Club and its staff is great, the artificial pool in the ocean is fantastic, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is generally great.

First of all, this is suppose to be a 5 start hotels. There should be more food outside. How can you have one food truck for main dishes and only be truck just for appetizers. Listen, it was only one lady by herself, cutting the onions, cutting the tomatoes, and the vegetables without anyone helping her. This is totally unacceptable and disrespectful to guest and to the staff. Time to add someone to help with prep. I am completely shocked and disappointed

“Ótima opçao em Vallarta”
All of the Hotel's facilities are very clean and I have always taken care of the quality of the water in the pool on a daily basis. The employees are very polite and cheerful (Mexicans are the best in Mexico). Good sized apartments, with a balcony and we even had a free upgrade. For those with children, there is an area of the beach protected by rocks that break the waves and this was very good.

The hotel has very beautiful private beach and offers many activities. All food are very delicious, staffs are very friendly, I would love to visit back here in future.

“Fantastic”
I can see beautiful sunset from the room. They have a large selection of restaurants and bars. Shows and activities were also great. Private beach and pools were amazing too. It is lovely to stay at all inclusive hotel like this. No need to think or worry about anything. You can simply enjoy beauty of the nature there.
