“Quiet, clean and great location stay”

Great location, close enough/walking distance to the Malecon, romantic zone and all the busy parts but still so quiet at night and noise wasn’t an issue. Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly, and the pool was also amazing. It gets midday- afternoon sun and was clean and basically private as no one else used it during our stay

Clean, good location and comfortable. Room is bigger than expected.

First thing was the delightful and kind lady at the desk Marta...i asked if they could put a small fridge in my room and a short time later it was done. I liked the quietness of my room and everything was what I was hoping for. I will definitely be coming back next year!

The location in Centro, about three short blocks up from the malecón. Easy to walk everywhere. The common spaces: the nice little lobby, the nice small pool area off the lobby, and the rooftop deck with a great view of the water. A nice place to bring some takeout and watch the sunset.

“Basic, Modern, Clean, Best Suited for Quiet Adults”

Great location just a few blocks off the Malecon - close enough for an easy walk and far enough that the street is quiet and we didn't hear street noise or party-goers at night. Our room were very spacious and clean; we had hot showers with good water pressure, clean linens and towels, and a well-functioning air conditioner. There was plenty of storage space for clothes, convenient outlet locations, and good lighting. The pool and lounge area is small but very nice, and gets plenty of sunshine during the day - it was a perfect place to sit, read a book, and relax. The roof-top patio lounge is absolutely lovely for taking-in the view or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The service at Blaze was so friendly!!! There was always an attendant available at the front desk, and every one we met was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well located and the facilities are nice i.e nice rooftop and pool. The room was very spacious. Nice balcony

Nice clean room. Great view from rooftop patio. Great tacos around the corner at Alex birria. Little store beside it to buy bananas etc. Close to malecon (two to three blocks up from senor frogs restaurant). Around the corner from pipis restaurant.

Very very loud ....like sleeping right on the sidewalk ,......the bed felt like the sidewalk

The location is great. The staff (especially the woman sitting at the reception (sorry, I don't know your name) was always helpful and tried to solve all the problems.

“Elegant boutique hotel close to Malecon”

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever seen. This is an elegant, modern boutique hotel. Tasteful decor in lobby, hallways, room. Great pool (the smaller part is not a hot tub, fyi, but slightly warmer than main pool). Pool area was so pleasant to lounge in. Fast elevator. Spacious, comfortable rooms. AC worked well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Fantastic location, close to the Malecon and countless restaurants. Nice balcony to take in the views. We would definitely return.

“OVER PRICED 2 STAR HOTEL”

The staff are exceptional.

The noise was a factor when the neighbor had their TV on. I could hear every single word. It's not a quiet hotel internally.

Some street noise and loud karaoke but didn't last long
