“A fabulous property!”

The property is fabulous - felt like a home away from home and had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It is very well equipped from kitchen utensils, glassware, plates, etc... with a good oven, large fridge/freezer, washer and dryer. It was spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable and it was very quiet at night which made for great sleep. We loved sitting having our meals on the terrace but there was a good size dining table inside also. Sofas (both inside and out) were very comfortable and everything is well maintained. Being on two stories and with great outdoor space made it feel really spacious for us. Martin was great at communicating with us. The television with access to loads of channels including Prime was also an added bonus! A great location for exploring.

The whole apartment was clean, well equipped and the staff were helpful and very kind. There is a BBQ available to use which we got alot of use out of. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

A lovely home, close to everything but also peaceful to relax and enjoy a break from busy lives.

This is a small house rather than an apartment so it is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms both with views of Puerto Rico and the mountains. Although close to the G-1 it has not disturbed us, far better to be in this residential area of town as it is very peaceful. No noise from the nightlife. Easy to walk to the harbour, bay and beach for sunbathing, swimming and boat trips. Very close to the 3 large supermarkets - Spar, Superdino and Mercadona. Also close to the upmarket Mogan Mall. The pool is large so great for active swimming and often we have had it all to ourselves. Some weekend days can be busy with the Canarian families and permanent residents however this is a good opportunity to practice speaking my Spanish language. The kitchen is great it has everything we have needed. The electric barbecue is a big plus! We have enjoyed cooking steaks, marinaded chicken and pork kebabs, peppers, onions and mushrooms! Outdoor eating at the dining table and a glass of wine on the terrace sofa watching the sunset over the mountain makes for a perfect holiday. The Canarian neighbours are friendly and helpful. During our long stay we have had the ability to wash our clothes, towels and bedding drying in just a few hours in the hot sunshine. This place is ideal for those who want cool in the morning and hot sun and sunsets in the afternoon and evening. Comfy beds, good storage, patio doors with Juliette balcony’s mean you can air your bedrooms naturally but you can use the air con if you prefer. We love the power shower! In fact we will miss this when we go home. There are TV’s for those that watch. We prefer active holidays and nightlife. The sofa in the lounge is great to relax on with a coffee. All in all this has been a great base for exploring Gran Canaria and I will come here again. Big bonus to those who have not yet experienced The Canary Islands is there are no mosquitos here!!!!

Everything. location was perfect for us. Pool was always quiet and the whole complex was very clean and secure. The property had everything we could possibly need plenty of space and very modern appliances (washer/dryer/dishwasher/electric bbq) Plenty of outside seating for relaxing and eating. Beds were very comfortable. Elena was on hand to meet us and easily contactable for any problems (although we had none, she text regularly to check).

Martin and Elena provided us all information in advance and everything was exactly as it was promised. Excellent service. Nice place to spent few days with family, beach 5 minutes by car, a lot opportunities for trips.
