“This property was unclean and had no facilities with staff that were either not available or when they were on occasion”

The property is in a remote location and whilst not suitable for a family especially with no facilities on site I could see it would be a peaceful place to stay if this is what you are looking for

Ok for the money but there was nobody at the reception 50% of the time and the entire area was rather dirty. The cleaning lady did a good job for our apartment but I think even the owner (or employee) used the plants as an ashtray….

Clean and quiet. Great location with good views. Staff were helpful, cleaners were always happy, and cleaned our apartment well. The check-in was easy. The checkout was easy. The complex and pool area was always quiet.

Staff are excellent, caring, and they helped me lots when I was poorly for 2 days. Not many speak English so be aware of this and also, that reception closes at 4pm every day, and no staff are there after that! Clean and comfortable apartments and the beds are very comfortable, those with a mattress topper anyway. The ceilings and walls are very, very thin, so any sound seems very loud, including talking and music from other apts, AT ALL HOURS. There is also a paddle tennis centre across the road, so you hear this and the shouting and screaming of the players full-on in the apts until 9pm every night! You cannot close the sound off as the apts have perforated metal sheeting along the top of both sets of sliding doors, these holes allow the sound in 24/7, so these are noisy apts, especially if people come home early hours and laugh and talk on their terraces, it seems very loud and there isn't a member of staff present to ask them to be quiet, thats down to you!! If you want great value for money and aren't bothered about noise, stay here?! Thank you to the cleaners and reception staff for taking care of me, you were wonderful!

Location is peaceful. Far enough from all the hassle, but not too far. Friendly staff and even though they didn't really know almost any English using google got everything solved.

Our 3rd stay in Penamar Tour. Basic but clean apartments. Fabulous views. Short walk down to Olas centre with great selection of restaurants, supermarket and Durty Nellie's pub

Quiet location but convenient for 10 restaurants in walking distance, 4euro on taxi to town, rooms cleaned everyday bar Sunday and pool cleaned every day, nice staff

Stayed few years before and same excellent standards of cleanliness and service. Great location 15 min walk to centre 5 min to supermarket . Fantastic sea views large balcony and terrace at back of apartment everything you need and spacious Although some language barriers extremely helpful and obliging .

Our flight was delayed , so while we get to the apartments ( with a shuttle bus ) of course no one was on the reception . But there was a phone number which we called and someone came very quickly and gave us a key.

“Thankfully this was only a four day stay, but didn’t spoil or holiday, wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend.”

The apartment was very spacious, with two double bedrooms, a sofa that turned into a double bed and a put-me-up single bed, 7 persons in total. We were given a bottle of water on arrival. At first, it seemed great for just the two of us.
