“Excellent stay but insist on paying in euros don’t allow the hotel to charge you in your own currency”

We booked this holiday for our two daughters who had a marvellous holiday and recommended that we should book our next holiday for this hotel.

Excellent location, great food, and fantastic value for money. The hotel even changes the buffet dinner menu regularly, so you’re not eating the same dishes every night. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always willing to help. The property is conveniently located near public transport and just a short walk from the beach. As an added bonus, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

“Perfect relaxation holiday”

Everything was fantastic. The infinity pool was amazing. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and would all greet you as you passed them. The guys running the entertainment at the pool were extremely upbeat and created a good atmosphere, but didn’t pressure anyone into joining in if they didn’t want to. There was also people coming around to advertise excursions, but didn’t pressure anyone into booking. The buffet was much better than hotels I’ve stayed in previously with a new dinner menu daily. The food actually tasted fresh and a lot of items were made to order, or cut / served fresh to you. The room was extremely spacious, which included a huge balcony, mini fridge and spacious wardrobe. Water was provided every day. Any food / drinks throughout the hotel could be put on your room card which I didn’t like the idea of at the start, but became very handy when at the pool without your phone. Very easy access to the beach and a spar right across the road. There was evening entertainment with the likes of ABBA and Michael Jackson tributes, as well as the classics

The view from this hotel is truly stunning. The rooms are big and well equipped. The food is excellent! They have a gym which is actually usable. It's not common, so it's definitely a plus.

I just want to say a huge thank you for our unforgettable holiday! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the views simply took our breath away. The service was amazing throughout our stay. Big thanks to Reza for all his great tips and I would like to highlight Patrick’s entertainment as well, he kept everyone smiling; he really is the heart and soul of the team. Housekeeping was top too, I really can not find a gap in the service. Thank you once again!

Amazing view to Amadores beach, plenty of space, parking on-site, good breakfast, clean and fresh.

Paid for an upgrade to the Presidential suite. However, lacking mini bar, flowers, fruit and chocolates.

“Awful service and not very 'all'-inclusive”

The food in the all inclusive that was there was delicious but not enough choice of cold foods. The food that was there was small amounts so delicious and not mass produced and left in chafing dishes. The breakfast was divine. Lunch and dinner needed more options. Because of the horrible experience checking in we were upgraded so our room was fabulous but we wouldn't have paid for it for what it was. Outdated, walls dirty and scuffed, mould like substance on bathroom walls. Air conditioning tempermental. We loved the salt water pool. Yolanda was a wonderful server as was the lady at the pool bar on Halloween day with the spider on her face. The 3 people on the entertainment team were super friendly and kind with children. One life guard one day was very pleasant. I am picking out these few because truly the rest of the staff were not at all hospitable. It was very close to the beach but a little hilly for those dtruggling with mobility. Towel system was good and easy

The location is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, which was very clean and spacious. Overall, the staff were outstanding, with a special mention to Michael, the head barman, who couldn’t do enough for us. The choice at both lunch and evening meals was very good, with plenty of variety.
