Great room, comfortable bed, great view, very spacious. Breakfast was very good. Two beaches close by, 5-10 minute walk or a few minutes in a taxi which is only €5

“The hotel was excellent”

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly every single member of the team. This is something you rarely encounter, and it pleasantly surprised me. The hotel was very clean, and the swimming pool was excellent. There is also a shuttle service provided by the hotel to several beaches, which was very convenient. Public transportation in Gran Canaria is excellent as well. You can easily get from the hotel to the airport by bus, so there is no need to book a taxi. Our room was wonderful, with a beautiful ocean view. It was cleaned every day, and everything was always clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely quiet hotel, no queues for food, fab sitting outside for meals, staff all friendly and pleasant, used plates removed speedily, very clean and spotless, fresh water in glass bottles provided in bedroom daily, fantastic salt water infinity pool, food excellent, very comfortable beds.

“Sea and sunset views galore”

Perfect location with direct lift access to cliff path for walking into Puerto Rico or to Amadores. Rooms face directly out to see for stunning sunsets. Thalasso pool costs extra but hotel guests get a small discount. I was in a beautiful room that seemed to have been recently modernised. Staff are very friendly.

We were upgraded to a room with shared pool which was excellent.Also got free bottle of Cava. Buffets great choice at all times - everyone catered for, staff very efficient at clearing tables and keeping restaurant clean and tidy
