Overview
The Río Piedras is 100 metres from Puerto Rico Beach, in southern Gran Canaria. The complex has a top-floor swimming pool with impressive sea views. The building has a large sun terrace on the roof with free sun loungers. Here there are views of the sea, the beach, a park and of the valley of Puerto Rico. All apartments at the Río Piedras have a balcony or terrace. There is also a small kitchen with a fridge and kettle. Satellite TV is also included. There are supermarkets within 200 metres of the complex. The Puerto Comercial Shopping Centre is a 5-minute walk away. There are 3 golf courses within 20 kilometres.

“Excellent location, roof top pool incredible, resort expensive, accommodation very basic and dated”
Location perfect. No steep hills to climb and within minutes you were at the beach or the main bar area with supermarkets right to hand. We didn't eat at the hotel as the whole resort was so expensive we bought food in and cooked. The roof top pool was incredible and def the highlight.

Access to beach. Restaurant and roof top pool very good. Excellent customer service, cleanliness and car parking. Would recommend to others. Good sea fishing offer in marina.

A stones throw from the beach and local eateries. 10 minutes to the shopping centre, it's a great location! Staff are super friendly and helpful too. Once the pool and restaurant are finished it will be even better!

It’s my second stay at Apartamentos Rio Piedras and always a pleasure to return. I love the view, the terrace, and the relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring nearby beaches like Veneguera, Mogán, Arguineguín, Playa del Cabrón, and Maspalomas. After a day of fishing and snorkeling, the terrace is the best place to unwind and enjoy Puerto Rico by night.

“Beautiful views friendly staff spacious comfortable accommodation”
From the moment we arrived the staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and had a fabulous apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the sea . The apartment was comfortable and spacious for 2 sisters . Fully equipped kitchen , living room spacious shower and bathroom. On the 7th floor there is a lovely pool with a poolside restaurant and a fabulous view of the beach. The day before our departure the friendly staff at reception organised airport transfer for us. Overall our stay was amazing and I will definitely be back .
