Overview
Featuring a thermal spa complex and three outdoor hot spring pools, with a gourmet restaurant. The lodge can only be accessed by boat and it features on-site shops and meeting facilities. Providing a tranquil environment, rooms at Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa feature private bathrooms and a nice seating area. Guests at Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa can work out at the on-site fitness centre, relax at the spa, or arrange massage sessions. Hiking and canoeing excursions can be booked in the area. Complementary crossing from the Austral Dock to the Lodge is available at 13:00, 15:30 and 19:00. Crossing at other times can be arranged with an additional charge. The lodge is 215 km from Coyhaique and Chaitén towns. Balmaceda airport is a 4-hour drive away and Queulat Park is a 10-minute drive from the property. Free private parking is possible on site.

“One night is too short a stay, we needed unleast three nights to fully enjoy the facilities.”
The hot springs outside the facilities were amazing. The view from anywhere is superb.

“Great place for relaxing”
Priceless view and tranquility, great service. If you are seeking nature and silence, it‘s the best place to relax. Service, bar and restaurant are really nice. Ferry service works nicely.

Wonderful romantic getaway. Everything and everyone was great. Facility beautiful. Food was good and reasonable especially considering there are no other options but they did a great job for a fair price. Umbrellas were a nice touch and spa massages and pools were great. Hot springs maintained well. We loved our time there even though it rained a lot.

The outside spa / thermal baths were great and they are open 24/7. The hotel offers great views across the lake. Restaurant is of good quality and offers a 3 course menu. Furthermore, we liked that there is no internet / telephone connection available….great to relax!

The location is superb! A great view, wooden buildings look very nice and fit the location. The hot springs are great. The pool area is nice. Food in the bar area is good. Shared area is good/nice view, fireplace. Also a nice pool table.
