Thanks to Puerto Natales's grid layout, this hotel is easily accessible on foot from the Rodoviario bus terminal (20 minutes). The airy, modern hotel is located near the main street, lined with restaurants, shops, and tour companies offering excursions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering comfort. Throughout our entire trip through Patagonia, all the way to Ushuaia (in both Chile and Argentina), we here enjoyed the best and most extensive breakfast buffet.

We recently stayed at Hotel Martín Gusinde in Puerto Natales for five days, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location, surrounded by plenty of dining options, which made exploring the local cuisine incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their warm hospitality really added to the overall experience. The breakfast offered was amazing. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into ensuring the guests had a satisfying meal each morning. Our room was spotless, with clean and comfortable bedding, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The heating in the room was excellent, keeping us cozy throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated given the chilly weather outside. Overall, our stay at Hotel Martín Gusinde was wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Natales. The combination of perfect location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made our trip truly memorable.

Clean, peaceful, warm, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was such a treat in such a cold climate!

Location right in the centre, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast, and very accurate to the pictures shown online. It's exactly as I expected which is a good thing! I was only there for one night passing through and for this it was perfect. Particular shout out to the receptionist who was very helpful!

Staff was very nice! Evelyn was always greeting me with a smile and was super available! One day I woke up late and my tour was already coming, they made sure I had something to eat on my way! They also provided a very early breakfast when I had a tour coming an hour earlier than the restaurant would be open. So I highly recommend it!
