The room felt outdated, and the toilet was not very clean. It appeared as though the room had been previously occupied, as we found a pair of gloves left behind, giving the impression that someone had recently stayed there.

“Good deal for puerto Natales”
Very comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a private bathroom on arrival. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Hot shower! Filling Daily breakfast was a big plus!

Perfect location in town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Whole place was spotlessly clean and fresh. A decent breakfast was included and laid out for the earliest of starts. Comfortable with a nice relaxed feel to the place.

“Amazing location, comfortable accommodation! Would recommend!”
Bathroom was spacious and showers were hot, breakfast was hefty- the bread served was filling. They let us use the lobby area to eat store bought food, there was a microwave and refrigerator that could be used as well. We joined the Torres del Paine day tour which was amazing, highly recommended!

Clean room, but very small, barely enough room to unpack our bags. Bed ok. No soundproofing at all, lots of noise from the street. Pre-packaged breakfast of mediocre quality and selection, why not offer a buffet so we can choose what we like? Staff seemed bored, atmosphere overall wasn't very welcoming. Felt overpriced.

“Decent hostel for a short stay in Puerto Natales”
Good location, comfortable beds and nice warm rooms. Good value to stay in a private room as a group of two as you got your own bathroom.
