“Very convenient and suited us well”

“Great spot, friendly staff”
Everything. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful! We rented anything we needed for TDP hikes here as well and they stored our bags as we were staying there after TDP again.

“Helpful staff, great location, great breakfast”
8 min to the bus station, 7 min to a fantastic pizza place. You can rent trekking poles and leave your luggage if you go to Patagonia.

The team were friendly and welcoming. The room was good. The beds were comfortable. The location was good unless you had a hard days hike and had to walk back up the hill.

Fantastic location, just 5 mins walk from the bus station. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the pillows. Breakfast was good and staff were kind and helpful. If you do the W or O trek in Torres del Paine, and stay there again afterwards, they'll keep your luggage at the hotel for you.
